Beja riflemen – more progress

As I mentioned in my last post, these fellows are tricky to paint. The plastic mouldings are just as challenging as the metal castings since they have a remarkable degree of ‘undercutting’, especially the hairlines.

Today I painted base coat for hair and the highlights on the flesh. These two begin to bring the figures to life.
