Jack Jones’ Sudan project notebook

My photo
JJ
My alter-ego Lance-Corporal Jack Jones claimed to have been a drummer boy based at Dongola, serving with the Gordon Relief Expedition and later with the Anglo-Egyptian reconquest of Sudan.

I’ve always had a passion for modelling and wargaming, and I struggle with the balance between the two – I think I’m more of a modeller and collector.

Here’s my project notebook recording my journey in time to a conflict of the past.
